Whether you are new to CrossFit, been out of it for a little while and want a refresh this is the place to start.
On this unique three week course we will take you through the foundational movements of CrossFit as well introducing you to the way a class runs and give you some insight to the methodology and the reasons why CrossFit isn’t just another generic training method - it is a way of life.
The course will be three sessions, spread evenly, per week. They will be one hour sessions with other people at the same or similar place to you.
This course will be a mandatory requirement for anyone starting CrossFit for the first time and will be the start of your journey into the everyday classes. Don’t worry though this will help you feel more comfortable and confident by the end of the three weeks.
